When myself or anyone I know is overcome by stress or digestive issues, I reach for my go-to oils.
Stress Away and Di-Gize.
We were at a funeral recently, and someone close to me was feeling the effects of both stress and digestive upset. So I brought my oils with me. He graciously accepted them and I heard no more from him for a few days. Until he was telling someone else about how amazing the oils were, that they actually WORK!
We can't always be in control of what life throws at us, but we can have a plan to fall back on when it comes to how we deal with it.
Di-Gize has proven itself in my household many times, from an accidental gluten reaction, food poisoning, over-eating or the results of emotional overload. Most of which we'd choose to avoid.
Di-Gize
Sadly, I was the one experiencing the gluten reaction from an accidental contamination at a restaurant. I thought I was going to pass out, I was miserable and in pain. My belly was not happy and it was making that clear. I can't say I was a fan of the smell of Di-Gize, until that day. I rubbed it over my abdomen and curled up into a ball, breathing in the aroma from my hands. I couldn't believe how soothing it was. It got me through quickly and it really soothed my belly. I didn't have a hyper-sensitive digestive system after that either. I couldn't believe it.

Stress Away
I love the smell of this oil. Its warm vanilla-lime aroma is almost intoxicating. A friend's daughter said she loved it because it smelled like cake!
I had to laugh at my cousin, whom I love dearly. She was over one evening and we were talking about the oils, and she's one of the most driven people I know. Look up "Go-getter" in the dictionary, and you'll find her picture. I'm serious. On the down side, she's always primed, and would need to relax at times. So...as I was explaining the oils, I pulled out the bottle of Stress Away, and put a drop on her. 1 drop. That's it. What happened next was almost hilarious. She leaned back and became the picture of Zen. It was unbelievable. I also use this on my youngest. This one came out kicking and screaming, and has been the most intense child ever. I gave her her own bottle about two years ago (She was only 3 at the time). I had not slept a full night (we'll call 5 hours sleep a full night here) for about 4 years. I was lucky if I got 3 broken hours sleep a night. I kid you not. Until Stress Away came into our lives. Her night terrors, or screaming fits in the middle of the night were tamed by a single drop of this oil. Once I figured out that putting a drop on before bedtime, before the fits, she would be able to unwind and sleep as well, we both started catching up on our sleep. I was beginning to think Id never get any sleep.
