Healing Your Heart and Opening to Love

Our heart is much more than "a very efficient pump." It is more than the seat of all our emotions. In some beliefs, it is a second brain that holds memories, gives off a powerful electromagnet field and it can guide us, if you know how to tune into it.

Feelings, emotions, intuition,

Do you have a broken heart, a wall around your heart, a fragile heart, or are you driven by the passion of your heart? Can you feel it swell in your chest as a feeling of Joy encompasses you?

When was the last time you truly felt Love or Joy? Don't you think it's time to open to that again?

There is a solution.

Life today is fraught with challenges. Not all are pleasant, or drive us to reach higher plains. Some hurt us, scar us, and even maim us. When the heart is wounded, it can build a wall to protect itself. Dr. Bradley Nelson, coined the phrase "Heart Wall" to describe just that.

Using the Emotion Code, I have helped many people open their hearts again, and free the trapped emotions that had been wreaking havoc on their daily lives. How can that be? Well, one of my favorite examples is that of a closed fist. It can neither give, nor receive, and the heart, hidden behind a wall, or surrounded by trapped emotions of grief, bitterness and anger (for example), cannot function normally either. It can neither give nor receive...

"I believe that Heart Walls affect us in two ways. First, they block the heart energy from flowing through the body; this makes it more difficult for the body to heal itself, and can cause physical symptoms, particularly in the neck, upper back and shoulders. Second, they block us from fully opening our hearts to others.

In essence, a Heart Wall will make you numb to others and make it more difficult for you to feel emotions and connect to others. When you realize that the mind puts the heart wall up to protect us in the first place, it all makes sense, but if you have a Heart Wall, you will have a harder time being able to give and receive love freely."
